“L'union fait la force” is the motto on Haiti's flag and coat of arms. It reminds us that Haitians have always achieved the most when they stand together — from the revolution that created the world's first free Black republic to the communities that rebuild after every disaster.
Our name carries that motto forward. Haitians in the United States have skills, resources and voices that can make a real difference. When we organize, inform ourselves and work together, we can help build a better future for Haiti.
